If we cannot resolve a dispute informally within sixty (60) days, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The arbitration shall be conducted in Denver, Colorado, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.

You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between you and us individually. TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AGREE THAT:

• No dispute can be brought on behalf of any other person or class of persons

Notwithstanding the above, either party may bring an action in court to:

• Enforce an arbitration award
• Address claims in small claims court

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and your use of the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
